Hostel Description
The Mathias Guesthouse Budapest is situated in the most beautiful part of the city. Its marvellous panorama sight includes the Buda castle and the hills of the Buda side. The building has four floors, where there is access to the garden from the ground floor. The other rooms include a small terrace.

We offer 65 rooms to the public, most of them double rooms with 2 beds, but there are also some with only 1 bed too. Every room comes with a separate bathroom and a big garderobe at the entrance for your numerous luggages. The area of the rooms are 20 square meters, of which 5 m2 is the bath, 2 m2 is the entrance, 1 m2 is the garderobe. The area of the terrace is 4,5 m2. There are smoke alarms in every room, but you may smoke on the terraces. For very large groups we offer our tourist type rooms for up to 20 people.

We run a small Bistro in the hostel, where we can serve you with breakfast and coffee. You can also buy alcohol, chips, chocolate, and everything that may be necessary for a tourist.

You can use the Internet free of charge on new computers, WiFi can be accessed in our main hall and in most of our rooms.
