The new Damià Bonet Residence Hall, which RESA is inaugurating this year in collaboration with the University of Valencia, is one such place.
The residence hall is located in the Campus dels Tarongers, has 300 places as well as various facilities designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. During the admission process, preference is given to students of the University of Valencia, but if places are not filled, students from other centers will be admitted
The residence hall, which will remain open all days of the year, also has rooms for daily and group stays. In summer, all of its places are for various groups as well as for the general public for stays of a few days and/or weeks.
The Damià Bonet Residence Hall offers 91 single studios with kitchen, 160 single studios with shared kitchen, and 20 double studios with kitchen.
All of them noted for their high level of comfort and privacy right in the middle of a multi functional space that includes a break room, a study area, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, air-conditioning, a telephone, a magnetic card lock and Internet connection.
